We are closed weekends & all Federal holidays. We test ALL electrical parts / inspect all parts prior to shipment. Processing time can range from 1-3 days & IS NOT INCLUDED in the shipping method chosen. If you select USPS priority mail it takes 1-3 days from the DATE it is shipped, not from the date the order is placed. All staff is focused in the shipping / receiving dept. Call center is temporarily closed. Please email ALL requests / inquiries.
1.) We offer UPS for some items, shown at check-out. We do not ship overnight, 2nd day or next day under any circumstances. We do not ship using a customers UPS or FEDEX account.
2.) ALL ORDERS SHIP USPS, unless UPS ground was both offered and selected at check-out. We only offer UPS ground (5 BUSINESS DAYS.) USPS is closed on Sundays and Holidays. USPS offers First-class (3-7 day) or Priority mail (1-3 day flat-rate with Saturday delivery, and is typically less expensive & faster than UPS ground. Please provide a shipping address that receives US Postal Service delivery. If flat-rate is the only given option at check-out, it automatically ships priority mail.
3.) Address changes or cancellations must be emailed immediately to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
4.) We do not ship Internationally.
5.) We are unable to accept credit card orders over the phone. All orders must be placed on-line through our website. We can't add items to an existing order, we would have to refund the order and the customer would re-order exactly what they wanted.
6.) Any items over 250$ are insured. We take great care in packaging our customers orders to help ensure they make the trip in one piece. We are not responsible for how the shipping agent handles the package en route. Please DO NOT accept receipt/sign for a package delivered to you that is obviously OPENED/DAMAGED upon delivery by the mail carrier. If you receive damaged merchandise, please report it immediately.
7.) For returns / defective parts / warranty claims, please click onto "TERMS" at the bottom of this page to view our policy, then email us to request an RMA form.
PLEASE TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION: Processing time is not included in shipping method times, and can take 1-2 days. We do not process/ship orders on weekends / Federal Holidays. Please consider there is processing time along with our listed closures when placing your order, especially if orders are placed during the weekend or close to a holiday.
**We do not accept credit card orders over the phone, all orders must be placed on-line. We can not change shipping options once an order is placed. In the event you place an order and wish to add to it, we can bundle additional items and refund s/h charges if you email us your order numbers and request this service.
If you are local to the Oregon PDX area, we are a ship only facility. All orders must be placed on-line & shipped, we do not offer will call / pick-up. All returns must be shipped back to PDX RV LLC with an RMA form / copy of invoice. Returns / claims can not be dropped off for processing, and any "used" product will be denied for return unless it is a warranty claim.
Shipping HRS are M-Th 8 AM- 5 PM PST. WE ARE CLOSED ON Saturdays, Sundays and all Federal Holidays.
