Return Policy

PDX RV offers troubleshooting manuals for appliances, slide-out systems and nearly all electrical components we sell.  These are in PDF format, click onto this link and download for free  .  If you elect not to use this service and find that the part you ordered is not the part you need, it is not returnable if it has been installed.  We do not sell used parts.  

On any parts that are returned for reasons other than defects or damage due to shipping, we assess a 20% re-stocking fee from the refund amount charged for the part.  We can not accept returns after 90 days from the date of purchase.

PDX RV will not reimburse for the initial shipping charge (unless it is a valid warranty claim), nor pay for the return shipping of the item (unless it is a valid warranty claim). Please email us for a RMA form to include with your return for proper processing / credit. Without an RMA form, any return is assessed a 20% re-stock fee. 

Please Note:  Once any part purchased from PDX RV has been installed/used that part CAN NOT be returned.  If you are unsure as to whether you are ordering the correct part for your application please use our tech support website or fill out the "contact us" form and we will assist you.  


We understand that there are instances of defective parts.  

We only sell new parts bought directly from the manufacturer or one of their distributors.  

PDX RV will not accept a return of an electrical part once it has been installed/connected.  This can be determined upon testing/inspection once it's returned to us.  Please call or email us to find out the warranty period/policy for the specific item you ordered.  We will assist you in establishing a valid warranty claim for that product based on the manufacturers warranty procedures.

As we are a ship only facility, all returns must be shipped back to PDX RV LLC, they can not be dropped off at our warehouse.
