Please Note: Earlier versions of this roll out worm drive assembly used a 1/2" diameter output shaft with 1/2" shaft couplers, this version is obsolete and no longer available. You will have to have a machine shop fabricate a 5/8" shaft for you. If your assembly has a 1/2" diameter output shaft then you will also need to order (Link):
